Counseling Department

We have updated our counseling department website. We hope that you will be able to answer many of your questions. However, if you still have questions, please do not hesistate to contact your counselor.

We are alwys glad to see our students. We only ask that you follow these procedures so that we can best serve all of you:

Students

• Students may stop in on a drop-in basis before school (we are usually here by 7:15AM), during lunch or after school.
• If you need  more than just a few minutes, please stop in at the above mentioned times to complete a Request to See My Counselor slip letting us know what period would be convenient for us to send you a call slip.
• If you have an immediate concern that cannot wait, please see our secretary who will interrupt your counselor.

Parents

Parents may call our secretary to make an appointment 760-722-8201 x2334. We usually like to have the student join us for the appointment.

During scheduling times (beginning of each term) it is almost impossible for us to meet with parents about a schedule change. The best method of contact is to have the student follow the Instructions for Schedule Changes.

Hours of Operation

Counselors are available to assist students and parents:

• Mondays 8:10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
• Tuesday-Friday 7:15 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.
